Christopher Salerno

Christopher Salerno's collection, Whirligig, has been shortlisted for the
Walt Whitman Award from the Academy of American Poets. His work appears in or is forthcoming from journals such as: The Colorado Review, Jubilat, LIT, Free Verse, River City, Agni-online, Forklift Ohio and others. His chapbook is "Waving Something White," from University Book Exchange's Independent Press (2003). A recent finalist for Swink Magazine's Emerging Writer's Award, he currently teaches writing at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC where he is a member of the Lucifer Poets.
